Instructions and Pricing for Online Store
Fill out the Setup
Form (you will need to obtain a password from Artists
in Partnership to access this form) and click 'submit' at
the bottom of the page, this will send all your information
to The Cybernet Place webmaster to set up your pages. If
you require more than six items then fill out the form again
with the extra items. Calculate your costs from the information
below and send a check made payable to Artists in Partnership
and mail to

In order to place your work on
sale in our online store you must become a member of Artists
in Partnership and pay the online presence fee plus the online store fee, $20 is for AIP membership, $20 to AIP for additional web presence (showcase or store), $50 for online store with 6 images and buy now buttons (see below for more detail). As a member
in good standing, once we receive your online presence fee, you will receive the password to enter the members only
areas of this site, including the Setup
Form which needs to be filled out to set up your personal pages.
The annual fees for placing items
for sale in the store are as follows:
$50.00 for the first
six (6) items, each item will have a thumbnail
image and a large image for display purposes and comes with
one "Buy Now" button.
Each additional item,
along with a "Buy Now" button, is $10.00.
If your item comes in different
formats eg; 8x10 print and 17x23 print then you may wish
to add additional "Buy Now" buttons for the same
item image. Each additional "Buy Now"
button is $2.00
So if you are a new member
paying your dues and have six items for sale the total cost
is $70.00. $20 membership plus $50 for the six items for
sale.
If you are a new member
and have 8 items for sale and two of those items come in
different formats therefore need extra buy now buttons your
total cost would be
$20 -membership
$50 -first six items
$20 -two extra items @ $10 each
$4 -two extra Buy Now buttons @ $2 each
$94 Total

work for this web site
Requirements for Images: (Note
images falling outside of these requirements will be subject
to the regular graphic design fees ($100/hr) for making
adjustments.
You need to have digital representations
of your artwork in acceptable file formats for the web.
The most commonly used formats on the web are jpeg and gif.
You can use any paint program such as, Photoshop, Paint
and Fireworks to accomplish this.
Large image:
72-100dpi and 350pixels wide (for portrait images) constrain
the proportions when sizing
72-100dpi and 450pixels wide (for landscape images) constrain
the proportions when sizing
Small image:
72-100dpi and 100pixels wide (for portrait images) constrain
the proportions when sizing
72-100dpi and 150pixels wide (for landscape images) constrain
the proportions when sizing

be off by a few pixels or a few dpi.
